VendeX - the L$/US$ market rate vendor
VendeX is the latest creation of that seductive programmer Sol! SoLur Industries now has a product which sets Second Life goods at services at a US$ rate, rather than at a Linden$ rate. SL sellers often live in fear of a declining Linden...as the currency declines, so do real world incomes. Set your prices based on US$ rates and the VendeX constantly monitors the L$, then adjusts your products price to reflect any changes in the L$, up or down.

VendeX is not a big bulky vending machine, but a sexy and elegant pricing solution that works with "poster-style" vending. Let's do an example with some easy math: let's say you sell some clothing today that sells for $1000L and let's pretend the exchange rate today is 333L$ per 1US$. Your item would earn you $3US today. Now let's go forward six months and pretend the L$ has fallen to a rate of 400L$ to 1US$. If you sold the same item for 1000L, in the future you really are only getting around 83 cents on the dollar or $2.49 on that previously $3 item . The Vendex does the math and adjusts the price of your item, in L$, in your store. It would adjust your item to 1200L$ automatically...thereby keeping your product always at $3US. That is sugary sweet!

Teleport over to Celestial City by clicking here, and I am not positive where that will drop you so if you end up in Starley's store, buy some pants and then walk out into the courtyard and look forward and to your left for SoLur Industries store. Drop by and you might even catch the sexy and sultry tag-team duo of Sol and Lur milling about. You could probably even buy a copy from the girls tonight at the party but, *looks at watch* I'm guessing that they might already be into the sauce, just as I will be in a few hours, and then it will be tipsy Vendex selling. hehehe.
Party Updates
Last night I built a small short bus arena. I think the balls still get stuck in the corners but time will tell. The clock is ticking and I think the land permissions are still wrong! hehehe Hopefully things will come together quickly in the next couple hours. Lur and Cytra tell me they might be sipping the wine later and I'm guessing young Sol will be sipping the ale...I will be sipping the tequila. I'm not sure if Elika Licka sips and I will try poking Starley to sip some Bailey's in her coffee or something. LoL Oh! Starley gave me plastic surgery last night and my avie is so young and sexy now! I am like the 18 year old frisky lesbian shim now, where before I was the haggard truck-stop hoochy mamma before. Then! That tart Cytra says "ya, I wanted to tell you that you looked like a haggard truck stop hoochy but was scared to be cruel to be kind." hahaha. Back in the game "There"...we had a saying for ugly avies and Mary Mojo coined the saying "She Needs a Gift Certificate To The Spa"...In There, you can't just change your shape anywhere like in SL, you have to travel to these areas called "spas" and adjust the sliders. You did not want to be last person to hear that you and your shape needed a gift certificate to the spa. ROFL Oh my. Have you been drinking?
IMVU Updates
I shot an email over to young Marcus at corporate and it sounds like Boutiques are coming along nicely. They are still in the talk to user stage and Marcus tells me they continue to look for ideas in the forum posts to make boutiques even better.
Starley and I want to get working on our newest imvu girl design and outfit early next week. I'm continuing to try and push to get Taunt hair store finished in SL, and once its done, we will quickly begin producing our newest imvu hottie product. We are debating a short haired sexy school teacher or maybe one with sweet long shiny hair. I'll let you know what we decide to do.
